At Stanford, I co-founded Helm, a learning tool for thoughtful AI adoption at global nonprofits.
While studying at Stanford in 2026, I wanted to help nonprofits build more resilience to navigate changes that come with AI.
My co-founder Caroline Bellacosa and I co- founded Helm, a learning tool to encourage thoughtful AI adoption across nonprofit teams. We’ve now conducted sessions with seven nonprofits, with measured increases in AI-self efficacy and AI workflow integration capability.
We’ve won the Learning Futures Award from the Stanford Accelerator for Learning and are scaling the initiative to achieve global scale.

I spent five years as founding Head of Learning & Content at Extern. We created the externship, and built from 0 → 60,000 externs.
Solving the problem of a lack of early work experiences for college students, we built Externships: a flexible, remote project with a company that combines real experience with structured training to help students build confidence and career-ready skills.
As employee #5, I led Learning & Content where we designed 3-8 week Externships where students would get real-world experience with global companies.
I collaborated to work with our host companies, who were Fortune 100 partners like PwC, Meta, Amazon, Snap, Beats by Dre, and others.
I led product at Firki, India’s first teacher training platform. We scaled from 800 → 300,000 teachers.
Firki empowers classrooms at scale and has supported millions of students, by equipping teachers in low-income schools with high-quality pedagogy and leadership training.
We built self-paced courses, live webinars, peer-learning circles, and observation/feedback tools to make teacher development accessible anywhere.
In addition to product, I led impact measurement, monitoring, and evaluation proving that Firki’s blended learning model works.
I’ve also worked in big-tech, academia, and nonprofits.
